Stupid weight

I've gone up again. I blame dessert and menstruation (and I probable wouldn't feel the need to eat dessert is it weren't for PMS). Exercise will be needed soon.

Morning:
tea with soy milk
coffee with soy milk
1 banana
water

Snack:
V8
water

Lunch:
garden salad with dressing (half the dressing)
low fat plain yoghurt with banana
water

Evening:
2 chocolates
1 pear
1 small cocktail
water

I think I would need to wire my jaw shut to avoid chocolate during menstruation

even at that I'd probably try a liquid form!

If I could ever find the chocolate frito things I had in Germany 20 years ago, I'd buy them by the case to each when I had my period. Chocolate, fat and salt. Everything I crave.
