Two weeks to go until my goal date. And it looks like I might make my first goal weight! The fruit and veg are a definite help.
Morning:
tea with soy milk
1 orange
coffee with soy milk
1 pear
water
Lunchies:
cauliflower carrot thing (leftover from last night)
spinach and gorgonzola salad with 2T dressing
They give WAY too much and it's not very good. Fortunately, it's in a separate container, so I can add what I want. I need to get some Balsamic vinegar to keep at work for salads.

Snack:
whole wheat pita with 1 oz brie
Dinner:
cauliflower carrot cheese thing again
Quorn
potatoes
peas
water
white wine
