tea with low-fat soy milk (ran out of non-fat)
rice
water
coffee with skimmed milk
Lunch
rice with Quorn and peas
water
Afternoon:
Fizzy wine and rice cakes to celebrate birthday at work. My birthday buddy, knowing I can't have fat (and knowing there would be real cake as well since we were doing 3 birthdays), got me buttery caramel and apple cinnamon rice cakes, arranged them nicely, and added a candle. The were quite good and I didn't even miss having real cake!
Dinner:
rice cakes and beer
I've heard this is the dinner of champions.
