Cold still clinging on

My throat has been super dry. On the plus side, it means I drink more water.

Morning:
2 cups tea, plain
2 cups of no sugar added hot cocoa with a splash of soy milk
3 bottles water
2 cups tea with soy milk
(I told you my throat was dry!)

Lunch:
matter paneer (frozen meal I picked up at the co-op on the way in)
water

Evening snack:
whole wheat pita with guacamole

Dinner:
lasagna
broccoli
tea
water

I stayed home to run the vaporizer (my only humidifier) to see if that helps. I can't get through a train ride without water right now.
