One day of bad eating (and eating late) has already caught up with me.
BREAKFAST
1/2 cup granola
1/2 cup FF Greek yogurt
tea with soy milk
LUNCH
vegetable lasagna
Caesar salad
garlic toast
ice water
(I'll be back up to 192 tomorrow I'm sure)
DINNER
vegetable soup
wheat bread
1 oz brie
a beer
EXERCISE
walked for an hour in the drizzle. The soup hit the spot after that
