Morning:
tea with soy milk
coffee with soy milk
Special K (dry)
water

Snack:
banana

Lunch:
leftover Quorn thing from last night with brown rice
water

Dinner:
wine and beer (bad)
tomato and mozzarella salad
roasted cauliflower and asparagus
bread with garlic oil
half slice of cheese cake (v bad)
