Well, I didn't even come close to making my March 1st goal. Being able to eat cheese and olives and avocado again made me feel like I had license to eat them all the time. But I'm feeling like I can get back on track again. This morning's weigh-in was good and I have plans for a nice, home-cooked dinner tonight.
Morning:
tea with soy milk
1 grapefruit
coffee with soy milk
1 banana
water
Snack:
banana
Lunch:
veggie sushi rolls
fat free peach yogurt
limeade
water
Dinner:
Quorn with mushroom "cream" sauce (fat free evaporated milk and FF sour cream)
brown and wild rice
broccoli
ice cream
