Morning:
tea with soy milk
coffee with soy milk
Special K (dry)
tropical fruit smoothie thing (claims to be 2.5 servings of fruit)
water

Lunch:
salad with small amount of fatty dressing (although more than I asked for)
limeade
water
bread stick

Snacks:
raw veggies
banana
