I had gin and tonics for dinner, which apparently are conducive to weight loss.
And I met Neil Gaiman!!!!!!!!!!!

BREAKFAST
egg and cheese on croissant
(2) 12oz Coke with real sugar

LUNCH
Salad with fatty things

DINNER
"meat" loaf
roasted potato and golden beets
salad
gravy
