I managed to make it through the whole day at work yesterday (barely), and even stayed up until 9:30 last night before going to bed to read for a bit. But then I woke up at 4:00 for about half an hour. Feh
Morning:
tea with non-fat soy milk and Splenda
coffee with regular soy milk
1 banana
Lunch:
fresh spring rolls with about 2T peanut sauce
garden salad with FAAAAATTY dressing
water
Après Work:
1 slice pizza
Dinner:
veggie sausage sandwich
bread
about 1/3 cup ice cream
1/2 a beer (and then I fell asleep on the couch)
