188.5 - Weigh-in Day

No change.

BREAKFAST
shirred egg with mushrooms and veggie bacon
tea with skim milk
water

LUNCH
cheese (reduced fat Irish cheddar) and pickle sandwich with cucumber on whole wheat
water

DINNER
My back had a freakoutt. It took me 30 minutes to walk from the office to the T. When I got home I lay down on the floor and directed Spouse on the making of a Manhattan. Food was leftovers from the night before.
